Hardware Scope & Compatibility Notice

This research and all documented procedures have been conducted and verified exclusively on the Ola S1 Pro Gen 3.

System properties, daemon endpoints, and network configurations may differ on Gen 1 and Gen 2 models. Only partial documentation is currently available for Gen 1 and Gen 2 hardware—exercise caution when attempting these procedures on older generations.

No Hardware Teardowns

Everything runs over your existing Wi-Fi network without disassembling the handlebar or tapping CAN lines.

Direct Root Access

Gain an interactive root shell on the Android head unit using standard ADB.

Live CAN Telemetry

Monitor virtual CAN (vcan0) frames, battery cell voltages, and real-time power metrics.

Non-Destructive & Reversible

No permanent partition flashing or risky ECU modifications. Revert to factory customer mode at any time.
